Welcome to our Platform. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By contributing SOL to the provided address, you accept these terms in full and enter into a binding agreement with our platform.

2. Service Description

We offer a service that allows contributors to invest in collector watches through the purchase of tokens on the Solana Network.

3. Fees and Charges

- A 10% Treasury Take is applied to all contributions. This is non-refundable and is used for the storage, insurance and maintenance of the watches, and other business expenses.
- Nominal buy/sell fees may be charged during the acquisition or sale of watches. The exact amounts will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
- In the event that insufficient SOL is contributed, we reserve the right to return funds without acquiring any watches. We are not responsible for any losses incurred during this period due to fluctuations in the value of SOL.
- Any fees incurred during the attempted acquisition process may be charged even if no watches are acquired.
- To manage and operate the business effectively, we may need to liquidate assets or issue additional tokens. The liquidation will occur only if necessary to cover essential and impending expenses and will be carried out in a manner that aims to minimize market impact.
- In exceptional circumstances, if the platform incurs unforeseen expenses or requires additional funds for operational continuity, we reserve the right to issue new tokens. This measure will be undertaken only as a last resort and in the interest of sustaining the business and protecting the value of the collective investment.

4. Liquidity Provision

To ensure liquidity, 5% of the total funds contributed will be allocated towards liquidity provisioning on decentralized exchanges.

5. Geographic Restrictions

Our services are not available to residents of the United States of America or the People's Republic of China and/or other regions that may have restrictions on the type of serice that is offered by our platform. By sending funds, you affirm that you are not a resident/citizen of these countries.

6. Risks

Investing in digital and physical assets carries risks. The value of your investment can fluctuate, and you may lose some or all of your investment. We do not provide financial advice, and we encourage you to consult with a financial advisor before investing. This document is in no way meant to provide an exhaustive list of risks associated with the use of our platform.

7. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee the profitability or success of any investment, the maintenance of token value, or the liquidity of tokens.

8. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to taxation laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to $0. Some or all of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
